SO MANY

Is anyone else experiencing the glitch where they were suppose to get the Golden Hippikon advisor after purchasing the GREEK & EGYPTIAN PREMIUM in pre release but never received anything extra? Batsy told me in an email they are trying to figure out this problem, anyone else here get this apparent glitch?

I purchased premium Egyptian during pre-release and then retail premium Greek on release day and have not received the advisor for the golden hippikon either.

This is quite ponderable, mod redhrts. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem with this specific advisor card... it sure would be unfortunate if some people missed out because they paid money for something like MMO content and didn't get equal(any) level of access to it... pretty easy signs a game will fail once that starts happening, I realise they now say "no refunds" when you buy the content but come on. I realise they might be busy on "future content/release" but I (representitive of myself and anyone else in same situation) am a paying customer after the fact and as such should be more towards a top priority.

Did you receive the advisor immediately when you purchased the two civilizations?

I received no advisor at all, just got standard starting premium egypt starting stuff when I bought it (second to greek after it was levelled). The egypt started as a free civ then I upgraded it a few days later in pre release, where as G went premium in minute 1. I wonder if that affected it at all.

Yeah. Hopefully we will receive a response from MS/GPG about this elusive advisor after PAX Prime. IMO, you should receive it at the same time you purchase both civs or purchase your second civ.

Important update from GPGPaul:

QUOTE
GPGPaul wrote the following post at 09/01/2011 4:44 PM EDT:
The Golden Hippikon is available at Marcus Pollux once you have purchased both the Premium Greek and Egyptian civilizations.  The issue where it is not available for some of you who have bought both civs has been fixed in the upcoming patch.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  Thank you for being so patient!
