I usually play on FP 1.2 on Voobly as Aztecs or Ottomans. I have a lot of trouble against raiding players. In one game the Indian player shipped some Sepoys & created Camels & constantly attacked my vills. I had created pumas & killed few of his camels but he ran away. I usually ship pumas as first shipments against raiding players to kill off their hussars, camels etc but in the end my economy is hurt more than theirs as I've to take my vills behind or garrison them. As Ottomans I do much better because of Jans + Abus combo can beat any colonial army. So is there a good guide for fending off hard rushes.

If you use houses to create an arc that will you give you LOS around your hunts you will have an extra 2-3 secs to respond to a raid. Can help you a fair bit. Always try to anticipate when raids will happen, if yo9u play long enough you will see the patterns ;)
