QUOTE(BoBThEImaM @ May 11 2010, 05:48 AM) increasing to 100 should be good imo. Pesting doesn't matter, I mean you pest them for like a week, they will prob forget about you. I only have 4 people pested, and thats all spamming french people, so I wouldnt be too worried about the pest list increase As far as I know, it is currently at 100. There should be a limit of around 200 or so in my opinion, especially now that the community of PR25+ is so close now with the majority of players knowing each other. |

especially on fp you really need your friend list to find a game. So it would be convenient if it was possible to extend it a bit. Other requests: -RE1.03, improved maps/balance would make this game more intersting for larger amount of ppl -Actually do something about all the droppers in this game, i sometimes play vanilla and get dropped every 4ht game. I stopped reporting since you never ban those ppl. (i think you guys have a big shredder at RE to handle all drop reports) -Fix lag, just disable qs for people with inferior ping -Solve fail to join problem, why are ppl still having connection problems after 5 years? I like the way RE supports community events like the smackdown for example, gj on that ! Keep stimulating community events ! |

hahaha I have almost maxed out my friends list, but my pest list is completely empty. I've never pested one person ever. If someone is flaming me I rather I enjoy seeing them whisper to me like crazy and giving them no reply other than 'ok' :) |

QUOTE(Mafkees331 @ May 11 2010, 12:40 PM) Age of Empires 3 does not have dedicated servers and so we rely on each other to have a correctly configured router/firewall to provide us with a successful connection between hosts and peers! It is ultimately down to the individual to successfully connect to other hosts! If they are unable to, then it's their responsibility to configure their own network(s)/firewall(s) and unfortunately most players don't know what to do and suffer a lot, because of this. There should be a notice informing players on how to troubleshoot their routers, or networks. |

QUOTE(SixOkay @ May 10 2010, 01:25 AM) QUOTE(Aaryn_GenD @ May 2 2010, 05:27 PM) cool interview but one important question is missing: what will (now that SixOkay entered the doors of Robot Entertainment) change for the community or for aoe3 in general?? what is the difference between aoe3 pre-SixOkay and past-SixOkay? any plans/changes? you say you got good experience with online communities so i hope oyu can satisfy the hungry aoe crowd if notihng is gonna change really people will be disappointed :P Frankly, I think that's going to depend on a lot of things. I'm going to try to reach out more to community members and leaders where I can. Given that there's not exactly a ton of new goings-on with Age at the moment, there's not a ton of "late-breaking" awesomeness to talk in depth about. And then there's you guys. If you feel there's something you want for the Age community, let me know! At this point, we're focused on doing what we can to maintain the current ecosystem - banning account thiefs, etc. We want to keep the game and community as clean as possible for thos of you still playing. If there are capital improvements that you're specifically looking for, though, let me know. I can't make any promises, but I certainly respect your dedication and loyalty to the series, and would do whatever I can to help out. Again, I can't promise anything, but I can certainly help advocate for what you guys want. Other than that, what I'll be doing is stopping by the official Age community forums, as well as fan forums, as often as I can to see what you guys are up to, and if there's any way I can help out. Does that answer your questions? yes nice answer. even though i don't play since a couple months i think i speak for the random person on ESO people would be happier if you would actually ban some real cheaters on top of your "account thefters"^^ i got a list of proven droptrickers by people who actually know what to watch out for and compiled and checked the list: seriously only like 1 out of 50 ppl got a ban, and who knows for what (maybe account theft? :P ) the only good anticheating you had was with the mass of out of syncers being banned last year on top of fixing the double deck exploit a while after robot took over |

my idea for improvement? clan chat should show up in game, it was done in another game i play and is reallly helpful, u could f1 for normal in game chat and f2 for clan chat, because there have been many times where you have to wait for ages while a clan members in game, this way u know how its going, u can cheer them on, abuse them, organise matches later, organise a clan game whatever, i know clans are pretty much dead but this might incite people to be in clans with their friends more because they have the ability to be in contact with them |

Here is the link for XFire. You should speak with your clan members and maybe this will benefit you. |
