warning: the writer is an oranos main. top 1x1 player in voobly some years ago I was noob like you, I was 1550 max So I did what 1550 do I played the easy mods of aot Like tower forest, cat and mice tiny zelda and so on. one day when i played zelda Random semi indian guy(not magic) was telling me that i completely dont have idea about what iam doing. I guess I felt bad in the first moments but it quickly changed into curious and a will to learn. he teached me zelda, I loved zelda for me it was AOT=Zelda and eventhough he was a med player I learnt until I reached his level I started to win I started to be aware to win, i cared whenever i lost or won. I faced alot of bastards and punks and abusers. like in the supremachy scene but it was zelda. Somhow my desire to improve wich was created also from boringness lead me to try hard strech my abilitys. to try new strategys to improve my speed i tried to beat the best zelda players but some of them i never won. I became top zelda player I switched into supremachy. there I had 2 major masters, master yoshii wich help me go from 1550 to 1650 ora and master ayah who made me oranos champion. the road into 2k was super long. and there were plenty of times that I wanted to retire I felt like a poopie, i felt horrible losin to an guy who barely play this game when i played so much , i wanted to switch main god,but i never giveup, and i stuck to oranos. no because i was a robot but jut because i always had the desire to play this game and eventualy learn it. and if i started learn oranos i cant just switch into another. there were alot of times i was sure i am 1800 and then i lost 3 games vs guly and reconized i have no idea about strategy Should I pick a tc now or no? and when do i have to stop making army and when i go heroic? everytime i was sure that i reached hight level there was the zeus player who masscred my vills with brutal centuar raid and made me think i was 1700 max or this loki\odin player who screwed me time after time. ofc people flamed me and made good laugh everytime i lost. or dod_fox who p\s rush me with isis. but my bigest improves came from my self learning. when i was very new i usualy just wrote down my mistakes, they were very basics. mistakes like didnt scout all the map and had opponent gold mine as a black hole in the mini map cost me the game i could won easly if i just knew its there. Troght the years I picked the most advanced hotkeys in aot. mastered at group sellect, trained my multitask. and watch many many recs for understand what armycores knew the logic behind his strategy, the keys that made him win. Some times i even challenged myself to play vs titan pc, I learnt alot of good things from play vs him. those games and armycore record games must have a part in my current gameplay. in a look to back, alot of drama was unnescery. i wasted alot of energy on flame noobs like titou and dragonfire that didnt worth it. I enjoyed the most from beat kimo in my first time of my life i think it was 2017 he litterly beated all the oranos player so easly it seemed imposible to beat him and one game on medit i masscred him i remeber my happiness untill today. the wins vs mista eggy and magic isis were also a big pressure. ofc the tournements. and the fun of learning. it just realy supplier My strategy invent vs odin player was a big step in my aot career. because untill i created it i used to lose to 1750s odin almost everytime i played him. with my strategy i barely lose an odin, even vs top players as ralphgr matrius and skady i standed well and even shelty if i didnt create this meta i would probably never reached 2k. another good mamory is my revenge adventure right after i lost to kimo and made it into 3 rd place at champion leauge. IN few days i went from 1600 to 2k with new acc. i smashed all of them. then i had to leave due to life reasons but the profile with proofs is there forever :P I still having fun from play, and keep learn new\old things. but in my opinion play only aot all life is not ideal. When I look back there is only one question that i never got a answer for. why the best players are the best? what make them like that is it a talent or just the rest are you know "rest" just like in life there 1 superstar and rest are his fans? in my opinion the x factor for being top aot player is to be semi lifeless semi champion mental. something btw those fortine trash kids but have a brain and a personality. ofc love the game and consintly have desire, somtimes less somtimes more but it always there. so i was mor and this was my aot speech, you welcome to share thoughts and soppurts. Mor, we kind of grew up together in AoT, I remember bashing you first in Zelda, then in 1v1 Oranos wars (you better watch out or I smash you 1v3 tc again), but then I had to leave the game. When I came back, it was really impressive to see you become so strong. Ofc you are sometimes a big troll, but there is a lot of hard work and creativity you put behind your success in AoT, I know that. |
