im 100% dedicated to the bodybuilding lifestyle and want to help others achieve what they always dreamed of. i gained alot of knowledge from professionals, trainers and own research. ofcourse there are always different insights on this topic but its a journey. you will have to find out whats working best for you on your own. i am here to help you with training, nutrition, technique, motivation etc. just get started and get this thread goin guys!

Lately, I've started noticing negative results from my weight. I didn't pay much attention to it until I started getting better, which my friends started to notice, at this stage I decided to start training. I like bodybuilding. When I look at competitions in this sport, I simply admire the athletes who put in incredible effort to look so cool. I also train because I want perfect abs.
