Micro takes no practice, all it takes is lack of lag. Don't need timing because all you do is get 3 reapers out, don't really need a special capping order since nothing can touch you early game on 90% of the maps, you make a mistake you just FoF away, opponent makes a mistake he's dead. Skill.

And on OR he didn't even had the chance to win... And Shade>Milf. You would surely win, as far as I know Milf isn't too active either.
