I am ready for announcing "SteelSeries presents AoE3 JP Community CUP international" (AJCCi) !

AJCCi system is basically as the following;
- 1 Stage means 1 1-Day Tournament
- AJCCi has 4 Stages. The winner of any stage cannot join the others.
- All games except final are BO1. Final is BO3.
- Any civ can be used. Changing civ at each match is allowed.
- Four Winners from 4 stages goes to Final Stage
- One civ can be used once for any BO3 games

Stage Schedule
1st Stage: May 8th (Sun) 11:00 GMT check-in opened, 12:00 start
2nd Stage: May 22th (Sun) 11:00 GMT check-in opened, 12:00 start
3rd Stage: May 29th (Sun) 11:00 GMT check-in opened, 12:00 start
4th Stage: June 5th (Sun) 11:00 GMT check-in opened, 12:00 start

Please check further details and rules.
http://tournament.jpn.org/modules/contents...id=1&ml_lang=en

This is the stage 1 entry, which check-in starts at 11GMT, and closed by 12GMT. Any excuse for tardiness is not accepted.
http://tournament.jpn.org/modules/tourname...=120&ml_lang=en

This is a sample tournament it will be looked like.

There are some Japanese remaining, I will try to remove it by the start. Now I set a rule to use IRC to run this tournament, but it might change to Voobly.

I had lots of perticipates, viewers of streaming, and prizes for AJC CUP among Japanese community. Now, I run two tournament, 8th AJC CUP and 8th AJC CUP international in parallel. Please be careful that registration of AJC CUP is required to stay in Japan, so you can just register AJC CUP international.

Final Stage

* Leage games are played among 4 stage winners with BO3.
* Top 3 players from 4 players goes to Play-off Stage. 4th player is dropped here.

what does this mean? The winner of the fourth bracket just gets dropped?

4 winners of each stage play goes to Final stage.
In final stage, a player play BO3 against other 3 players.
I refer other tournament's final stage.
(IMG:http://starcraft2.jpcommunity.com/sc2/uploads/fckeditor/uid000138_201104250033364b70041f.jpg)

In that final stage, top 3 players goes to final play-off.
In attached final stage, Ash, Meitan and kurOa goes to final play-off.
Only 3 players go to play-off will get prize money.

In play-off, 3rd place player vs 2nd place player play as semi-final.
It is BO5, but 2nd place player get 1-win from the beginning.
In attaced pict. case, Ash vs kurOa play BO5 and Ash gets 1-win from the beginning.

Is it now okay?

I prepare the tournament replay forum at RTS-Sanctuary.
http://rts-sanctuary.com/The-Asian-Dynasties/showforum=364

The topic must be the following;
Round1 matsujun1 vs matsujun2

To input match's result, you can click your name on tournament.
http://tournament.jpn.org/modules/tourname...=108&ml_lang=en

I click "Player0" as example. then, you see "Upload replays here with new topic".
This link direct you to replay upload forum, and show the name for replay topic.
http://tournament.jpn.org/modules/tourname...=108&ml_lang=en

Topic for replay upload is: (Round X) Player0 vs Player13
