Anybody actually playing this from here? I saw mista is top of the day 1 ladder so I figured I'd check in here. (IMG:https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/585568729333760002/903821869415792650/FC6SZRQXEAMRQxM.png) I didn't get to spend a ton of time in the beta but the units all felt bland and sameybetween civs, and the unit control felt pretty unresponsive. Not what you'd expect from a 2021 rts. Felt like another product designed with the casual campaign player in mind more than the competitive aspect, but hopefully I'm wrong? |

I really like the game to be honest. Once you learn some basic build orders and learn how to macro, it's great fun (much more so than grindfest AoE2). The fact that AoM players like Boit and Themista can take down players like Daut who have been playing AoE2 for like 20 years in a much, much more competitive environment really shows that this game is more about macro than micro compared to AoE2. |

Anyone know if I can get it for 1 euro via xbox live when I don't own a xbox? seems like you can rent it intill christmas for that price. I will prob buy it anyway but I don't think its fair with 60 euro when its no ladder and I can't even fix my hotkeys been enjoying watching mista play on twitch! hope you blow up man, I like its no bullpoopie just game and how you think, rooting for you in Genisis! |
