Hey man this is actually well-composed and really good! Good sound quality of the recording, so you've clearly put in the effort to mic up the piano well (not always easy, and often underappreciated). My favorite part is the tiny break at 3:17 leading into the trumpet solo backed with those nice and soft chords. Tidy and perfect. It has some Jamie Cullum-vibes towards the end also, and I really like it. Take it from me as a fellow musician and pianist. Nice work! |
