Hey guys,

I'm currently in my first year of a liberal arts & sciences college in the Netherlands, planning to major in economics and politics, minor in stats & history. For coming summer, i'll have a break of 15 weeks and want to do something that could work for both my future and is a lot of fun, so i've come across summer courses at Berkely University in California. Does anyone have experience with summer courses like these or possibly even at Berkeley? Is it worth it? And does anyone know Berkeley? What's the uni/town/surroundings like?

There's a kid from my school district going to Berkeley. It's definitely a 'good' liberal arts college. But yes, you should fit right in, being from Amsterdam :P
