The A-US Blue-Seals clan is hosting a new league-based tournament for the Asian Dynasties. Players will be assigned a team that will compete in 3v3 games to determine who receives some of the US$1,800 in prize money up for grabs.

But hurry! At the most, only the first 96 people to register for the tournament will be allowed to participate - so get your entry in quick.

I heard about this on ESO but I don't think they had any way to actually prove they were paying out. It's what alientated most of the players I talked to or perhaps that was another tournament with a 1800 dollar prize.

What do you mean if we were paying out? This league is still going to go ahead as usual.

I'm now running the AoE3 iLeague and it is going to go ahead. We're still sorting things out before we start the player draft.

An announcement should be made shortly.

The biggest problem with this league is that at the end of the league, the best players dont get to play in the finals!!! Are you honestly saying that someones gonna play this for months and then leave it to a guy with 20 APM?

In addition to the other rules and regulations, two top players from each team must be dropped from the roster at the end of the playoff and only the low ranking member of the team is left on the team along with the team owner.

These were the original rules and everyone misunderstood them. The playoffs are the finals !

Viper, I'd love to know where you got 96 players from...

From my view and perspective, yes, but it is something that we need to discuss with our sponsor.

It said that if sign-ups were between 72 (?) and 96 people, you'd have x number of groups or something. It said the same thing for other, lesser number of people as well, but nothing for more than 96. So I assumed 96 was the maximum you were allowing.

Difficult to explain because I can't see the rules now.

I'm not sure about that, but I was away when the rules were first posted so it might of said that but I'm not sure.

Here are the new, updated rules anyway...
