Yeah, I've found that I'm mostly trying to chase dreams while getting a degree as a back-up plan. I think I'd rather be touring around in a small band barely making enough money to keep going than to work 9-to-5 shifts making money for things you don't need to impress people you don't like etc etc insert Fight Club quotes here

I believe that I've been living poor and as a miser for just too long (compared to some of you people here... Geography was kind to you guys). So, I believe that I need to have a fat paycheck job because I wish to live affluently, be it in my retirement. :P
I go to college to lear. I get degree from college. I Need to pay fee to college for studies. I need degree for job.
Who was the genius behind this system?

Should I be streching before and after training? Why?
*

Dynamic before, Static after.

Static stretching requires you to be very warm and libered out for full effect. It also decreases strength and power hence dynamic is better.

Also fun fact to get 10% faster you can get 20% stronger or 2% more flexible, when I swam we spent a lot of time on flexibility for this reason.

Stretching after training helps stop cramps and muscles soreness from my experience and if you stretch right you can grow a little bit taller and more flexible.

Stretching in general is just a good idea haha. There are many benefits and not many cons (only one i can think of taking 20-30 mins out of your day 11)

No that is not nescesary, because.

Got a bachelor degree in arts management back in the, but decided to do something entirely different. Education isn't everything guys, do something that makes you happy.

Do something that makes you money: you can use this money to do the things which make you happy.

Otherwise you will be poor and hate your poopiety life, and have to restart later. Take it from someone who grew up poor, and was then duped into the bourgeois "do what makes you happy" rubbish when I was young and stupid. Never take advice from someone who had money as a child, they don't understand the world for what it is, they only understand it through the looking-glass.

Yea

Stretching makes you more flexible, being more flexible means less chance of injury more range of movement and normally meaning you will be better at what sport you do.

This. I once went to a fancy restaurant that had 3 Michelin Stars. I said fruit this, I am going to work very hard. I also work as a TA for the math department at a junior college. Dealing with these immature students made me revaluate my life. I once wanted to be a mathematics professor at a junior college. Not anymore.
