went up to the asus office in sydney. Just said the problem etc and i used it only for 4 hours. They didnt even wanna look at the invoice really, just said Np and they can send it back to me with a courier. 6 day turn around, screen is perfect again, really good service (nice big package and wrapped up nicely). I hope i dont have any issues in the future but if i do the same service again would be nice. do you know if it is possible to turn off the touchpad? on my old laptop there was a button. |
