I would but all I see are space-elks running from a meteorite the DM forums has enough useless spamm without you promoting other games. Which, by the way, is against site rules. |

Looks interesting. I have also followed that 0AD game for the past years now and then and I'm curious to see how that turns out if it goes in official BETA. Anyway, the Grey Goo game looks to me as if it's an easier RTS game that requires less intensive play from the players. It doesn't necessarily mean it's easier for worse players if it focuses more on strategy and tactical decisions, but it sure does brings some thought to it stating it's less about micro management; that is a very big and sometimes deciding aspect in games. Edit: I had to laugh at the recommended system specs for the Alpha test phase Minimum specs: - Quad core CPU - 4GB RAM - AMD Radeon HD 5770 - Nvidia GTX460 Recommended specs: - AMD FX 6-core - Intel Quad Core i5 - 8GB RAM - Nvidia: geForce GTX 650 - AMD: Radeon HD 7950 This is significantly heavier than AoM:EE so I don't think a lot of people here will be able to play it with their current system. I'm looking forward to playing it though, with only 3 factions it looks as if it's going to be more balanced (the more factions the harder the balance in general). The last part is because it's such an old game, and it's only struggling because the changes they made are like attaching an elephant playing a grandpiano to the back of a swimmer. 1111 at mirezs post |

Not much info though on the matter. I'm interested in the concept, I just don't like the fact that they are trying to "casualify" their RTS game. Also I hope that the game will be optimized for lesser systems later on. |

Kthnx bye ownedggbbqlol I forgot deathmatch is not part of Age of Mythology. DM forums isn't a forum in which only Deathmatch players can hold hands and exchange pie recipes and talk about other games. It's supposed to be about deathmatch. Now I know it sucks and nobody plays it which is why you guys feel the need to flood the home page with dumbass topics such as these. But this belongs in the off-topic section of the game. This post has been edited by Mirez: Jun 14 2014, 10:40 AM |
